Man, this qualifies as awesome:

I am afraid of posting too many YouTube vids (lest you guys think that all I do is sit on YouTube all day…) but this strikes me as the perfect way to defuse that situation. Any other way simply would’ve escalated into a shouting match; but this stopped that from happening.

Now, the only question is: Was it staged? Maybe these people commute on this train regularly, and they’ve seen that guy bully this girl before; so they were ready; or maybe the whole thing was done for the benefit of the camera. I donno.
