Anyone else notice that the Wordpress flash file uploader doesn’t work?

It used to work for me a few months ago, but now it doesn’t… it’s consistently not worked through a few updates. I just plain don’t see any Flash elements in the dialogue box, I have to fall back to the “browser based” upload utility.

I assume it’s a problem with my WP install, since it doesn’t work on either of the two computers I’ve tested it with, in either Firefox or IE.
