Swing Dance Challange
I think Danger may’ve won this one… him being the only one that danced…

ResiDance - Throwing Good Money After Bad
Looks like, due to a lack of buy-in on ResiDance they’ve added a contest - you can win a PS2, DDR, (and?) a party for your floor. You get an “entry” for uploading your pic and doing a “ResiDance”.
They’ve also got some sort of a time-travelling team setting up booths for taking photos of people, and uploading them to the ResiDance site.
Maybe if they wanted to REALLY make it work, they could go around and just pay everyone $50 for setting up a profile - ‘cuz if you have to bribe someone to do something, they obviously really like to do it and it’s awesome.
And, yeah… they can time travel… or something: (From the email I received - yeah, I guess I gave Housing permission to spam me somewhere… though they don’t appear to have an opt-out. That’s about as reputable as a Viagra pitch…)

Somehow, Thursday and Friday are co-existing on the 25th, and then they’ve created a second Friday on the 26th. Hey, I love Friday, and having two isn’t really a bad thing, but maybe we could’ve thought of a new name for the day, since we’re switching to an 8-day week?

Looks like the VP for McCain is having a few issues… makes one wonder if THAT is why McCain has suspended his campaign…
Oh Woah, What A Precident!
I heard about this case a while ago, but I never thought we’d win this one (We=The Consumer).
Bell Canada has been found guilty of loansharking, since they charge a $25 late fee on Bell ExpressVu bills. This “service fee” means that, in reality, they’re charging about 60% interest.
When you consider that overages and penalty charges are a huge extra fee that a lot of consumers are stuck with, I see nothing but good coming from this ruling. Here’s the CBC story on it.
