Read up on a new lineup of DS launch dates. It is worrisome that most of the items on the list are Touch Generation, or “mainstream”, titles. Nevertheless, there are some interesting dates listed below. Nintendo DS June 5: Big Brain Academy (TG) June 5: Magnetica (TG) June 11: Nintendo DS Lite June 26: Sudoku Gridmaster (TG) Aug. 28: Star Fox DS Sept. 18: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team Sept. 25: Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis Oct. 9: Clubhouse Games (TG) Oct. 30: Children of Mana
The Nintendo DS Lite will be hitting store shelves on June 11. This has me so excited, but due to my illness, I have not been able to go to the nearest EB Games and fork over a fiver for a pre-order. Before I purchase a DS Lite, I definitely need to try and sell my PSP and original DS. Since I only paid 100 bucks for my PSP, I should - in theory - make a profit on the resale of this kickass Giga Pack (with everything still in one piece).
The DS Lite looks so awesome though. I’m hoping to pick it up in the rumored New Mario Bros bundle pack that has been alluded to. So, as a result, I have not purchased the game yet.
And I’ve been looking at buying an 8GB Creative MP3 player. They’ve got a big colour screen like the iPod (about the size of the discontinued Mini), but the price per gigabyte is so sweet. The 2GB Nano costs 249.97. This 8GB Creative Micro costs 239.97 (I believe…they’re around the same price).
It’s insane. And I do want an MP3 player that is smaller than the PSP.
Starfox DS will be the last game I get before university. You know, provided I have money then.
And finally, a release date for Children of Mana. I’ve been waiting for so long, it had better receive good reviews or else - rage.
