Orientation Week: Day 3

We had sparring of the guilds today, which was pretty fun. A lot of sports games were played, but we didn’t win much. Still, the Soaring Eagles managed to get third place out of eight or ten teams, proving that we kick ass so much it hurts.

I didn’t go to the Wednesday night event with sumo wrestling and 3D twister because I was tired. The only thing I have to do today (Orientation Week: Day 4) is write the ELPE, which - I assume - is the Literacy Test ver. 2. As a result, I’m not particularly worried about it.

On the other hand, I am worried about my first week of classes. My math is a little rusty, so I’m worried about going into things unprepared. I’ve got my Gr. 11 and Gr. 12 (Calc, Discrete and Data) tests with me, so I can cram up before the first week and be on the level. I’ve also got the preparation manual and a sample readiness test. So, I should be okay, if I can find time to do the review. I wish I had some music to listen to in the background, as I cannot work in complete silence after spending five years of high school adapting to working with noise in the background.

As for those wierd engineers, they are known as EDCOM. They are the top 3% of engineering students, and they are like the Tie Guard for the engineers, except the guard the Tool instead. The only thing that makes them look intimidating is the huge tools they carry around. Otherwise, they’re just wierdos in emo clothes.

Take care folks. Ima go shower up.
