Had my Teaching Option interviews today. Until I have actually secured a job, I’m going to refer to them by codenames. My first interview was with Sisters Collegiate, a co-ed private school. I thought the interview went really well, and from what the interviewer told me about the position, I would be really excited to work for them. The second interview was with Sutherland Academy, an all boys private school. This interview was more bizarre. It started off with a question about the playoffs. I said I didn’t watch hockey. I was not asked another question…they basically explained the school. This worried me…but I guess we shall see what happens when the results come back tomorrow. I mean, I was interested by Sutherland Academy. I put a lot of research into that school. They actually thought I was reading off a piece of paper at one point. But I had actually read through a lot of their website, their Wikipedia entry, etc, etc. Anyway, yeah. I’d be happy getting into either school. I just want to teach. As I said, I’ll find out how I did tomorrow.

Surprising. Yeah. I thought so too. They interview us one day and are getting back to us about hiring us the next. What service. :)
