So, yeah. Watching the Oscars, and they did their montage for the people who have passed away. I didn’t realize that Michael Crichton, Isaac Hayes, and Ricardo Montalban had passed away recently.
I was like…What the hell?

My cat has fatty liver. My family is in the Dominican Republic. So, I have to be at home feeding Tabi through a syringe every two hours during reading week.
Lame.
Why do people act like every game should have online leaderboards nowadays? I mean…is it crucial to the gaming experience? Do we need to feel as if we’ve done better than someone else in order to enjoy a game?
Frankly, I don’t see the point. Maybe for First Person Shooters with a team aspect (TF2, Left 4 Dead, Halo 3, etc, etc), but does Pikmin really need leaderboards? The IGN reviewer who played through the Pikmin re-release for Wii seems to think so.
And I think that is absurd.
I miss not having a pet. Being in University sucks that way. I cannot even get a pet because I never know if the place I’ll be living next allows them. Katie wants to get a cat(s). I’d like to get a cat or a dog.
One that particularly caught my eye (and heart) is this one:
They call him Casper. He is a 1 year old German Shepherd/Labrador cross. He is at the KW Humane Society.
Although I think the name is kind of lame (I’d likely rename him after a sci-fi author, which is not lame, but awesome), I think the dog looks pretty cool (despite being a mutt).
:(
I so wish I could adopt him.
Educational videos from Britain. Quality stuff.
Last night was awesome.
TSA Volleyball played against the Kin Grads. We were down halfway through the first game, and we made an amazing comeback. And then we won the second game, allowing us to win the match. It was so awesome.
Volleyball is fun. I wish I was aware of how fun it could be in high school.
